Custom-Design Rates and Terms Our custom-design rates and terms vary on a case-by-case basis. We must first examine the feasibility and costs of a particular request before setting prices and agreeing to carry out the project. The materials and time required for some custom-design projects sometimes turn out to be prohibitively expensive. In other cases, it may be necessary to stipulate a deposit and/or a minimum order upfront to make a project viable. However, please do not hesitate to inquire about an idea you have. Custom design is fun and often feasible. In many cases, a custom-design request may be very easy to grant. For example, if a customer wants to mix and match components of two different jewelry items displayed on the site, this is usually no problem. Many of our bridal customers in search of an extra personal touch opt to have their wedding jewelry custom designed.
